The The Hateful Eight Movie Page
The Hateful Eight (aka The H8ful Eight) is a 2015 Western written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. The setting is Wyoming wintertime in post Civil War times. The cinematography is absolutely gorgeous on the big screen. It was shot in Ultra Panavision 70 which was probably insanely expensive (but worth it). The film stars Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Walton Goggins, Demián Bichir, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen and Bruce Dern. Since the scenes don't change much, the movie is very heavy on dialogue (which is great) as eight somewhat ornery strangers seek refuge from a blizzard in a remote inn. As you can imagine, there is a good mix of humor, suspense, and violence.

From WikipediaThe Hateful Eight Script
This is one of the most famous scripts in recent memory, not because it's incredibly amazing as a piece of literature (although it is) but rather because it was leaked before it was ready by a bunch of scumbags. This really pissed off the normally mild-mannered author. Almost to the point where he wanted to scrap the movie entirely. Thankfully cooler heads prevailed. So here is the script. We normally include an html version as well as am PDF version of scripts. But we can't find an html version. So you can download the PDF just below this text to the right. Better UI coming soon, lol. Enjoy. It's an amazing script as usual. Thanks Quentin for being you.
The Hateful Eight movie review by What The Flick?!
A good honest review by the panel. A mixture "star struck-ed-ness" (because they had just interviewed him) and some valid criticism. I love how one person on the panel admitted she "nodded-off" in the middle of the 3-hour dialog heavy film.
The Hateful Eight, Television, And Police Brutality
Legendary filmmaker Quentin Tarantino stopped by What The Flick?! for an in-depth interview with Ben Mankiewicz, covering a wide range of topics from the battle between television and film, to police brutality in America, and of course, The Hateful Eight. "The Hateful Eight" is out in theaters December 25th.
