The Death Proof Movie Page
Tarantino's fifth feature film was 2007's Death Proof. It stars Kurt Russell as "Stuntman Mike", a psychotic murderer, and co-stars Rosario Dawson, Vanessa Ferlito, Jordan Ladd, Rose McGowan, Sydney Tamiia Poitier, Tracie Thoms and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and Zoƫ Bell. Originally released as a double-feature alongside Robert Rodriguez's Planet Terror, Death Proof definitely stands on it's own merits as a raucous and self-indulgent "70's slasher" and "muscle car" movie perfect for a Saturday night out at the drive-in.

Death Proof: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack
Death Proof is a rather gratuitous (and by that I mean fucking great) 1970's movie paying homage to a genre called "Grindhouse", known for their low-budgets, splatter and exploitational topics. The exploit here is "muscle cars" and "splatter".
